Chicago Burger
Amarillo BurgerI decided to go in a different direction. Got the CHICAGO Burger instead of the BUFFALO. Split it with Andrew's AMARILLO Burger...and got a couple of bites of Kara's BUFFALO for good measure. I'd have to say that the BUFFALO is still my favorite...followed by the AMARILLO. The AMARILLO had a good kick to it. Really good! The CHICAGO wasn't bad, I mean, how can you go wrong with bacon and cheddar? However, I thought it'd have a little more flavor. Oh well, chalk one up to experimentation. Next time I'll stick to the good old BUFFALO. Oh, and it only took about 20 minutes instead of the usual 45.
